Carriers
US orders ship FedEx 2-day business shipping, Monday to Saturday, with FedEx or UPS. P.O. Box addresses ship with USPS.
Shipping rates
United States: $10 flat rate, free on orders over $150. Canada: $25 flat rate. Prices are in US dollars, and your rate shows at checkout once you choose your country.
Shipping to Canada
We ship to Canada. Choose Canada as your country at checkout and shipping is a flat $25. We take care of customs duties, so there is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives. Canadian orders follow the same cutoff times above and usually arrive in 2 to 3 days.
Your shipping address
Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If it needs to change, email support@midwestpeps.net as soon as possible; once an order has shipped, we cannot change where it goes.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or with the wrong item, tell us within 24 hours of receiving it. Our Refunds & Returns policy explains what we need from you.
