This policy explains what information Midwest P Solutions LLC (“Midwest Peps”, “we” or “us”) collects when you visit midwestpeps.net or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.

When you place an order, create an account or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, the items you order and any message you send us. If you sign in with a social account, we receive the basic profile details that service shares with us, such as your name and email address.
Payment information. Card payments are entered with our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and how you arrived at our site, through cookies and similar technologies.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@midwestpeps.net. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy law. We will not treat you differently for making a request. We may keep certain records where the law requires us to.
Age requirement
Our site and products are not intended for anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
